		<description>I completely agree with what you are saying regarding these three myths. However, it&#039;s my understanding that it&#039;s not the thoracic spine we are worried about in a flexed position it is the lumbar spine. With that said, I dont think that there are too many fitness pros advocating any of those myths listed above, the thoracic spine is where we want to promote rotation and avoid it in the lumbar, which is pretty much unanamously agreed upon in the industry.</description>
