I just finished an interview on corrective exercise strategies with Elliott Hulse

In case you don’t know Elliott, he trains athletes to at his facility in St. Petersberg, Florida and also has a blog dedicated to helping athletes become stronger, faster and explosive…

…but, unfortunately,

he recently tore his bicep which got him back into thinking about the importance of addressing muscle imbalances through training
