It’s a fact that most non-contact injuries are caused by muscle imbalances.

 

In fact, muscle imbalances contribute to all sorts of problems like: knee pain, shin splints, stress fractures, hamstring strains, pulled muscles, backache, Achilles tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, ankle sprains and more…

 

…Now, it’s no secret that deficits in flexibility often lead to muscular imbalances and MUST be addressed however most of the flexibility exercises we’re taught as personal trainers are a complete waste of time because they fail to address the #1 issue when it comes to improving flexibility.
