I just had surgery on my rotator cuff 1-18-12. I started streching my shoulder by looking through you 5 mistakes youtube video two days later. When I went for my first PT she said she was pleased with my range of movement. I told her your youtube really helped with my stiffness I felt as the pain pump came out the 3rd day each morning I’m doing my streches to your youtube videos and I’m doing the exercises they sent home with me until my next PT. The reason I’m saying all of this is do you have a CD for rotator cuff PT. I would love to order it to have here at the house. I find it is easier to work along with someone. I go to PT twice a week but I also am working on my own everyday at home 2-3 times morn afternoon and evening. My email address is verdierdi@gmail.com Please let me know soon.
